Fundraising
WAW offers two types of fundraising options for you to choose from:
1) A weekly Aftermath will be dedicated to your cause.
2) WAW will travel to your venue on a date settled on.
Option #1 Details:
WAW has weekly shows held at 163 Lake Ave in Manchester, NH (03103). The way this will work is that WAW will dedicate the night decided on to your cause! You will be the special guest of the WAW Dojo.
*WAW will provide the following:
-Quality Entertainment at an affordable price
-Tickets for you to sell to your guests to raise money for your cause
-Chairs for your guests to sit in
-A table to sell snacks / beverages (which you must provide)
-An estimated of your cost will be given to you a few weeks before.
*WAW will require/request the following:
-2 weeks' notice prior to the event
-An application sent to the Webmaster and approved by the Board of Directors of WAW
-A reliable contact to work out the final details of the event with
-An estimate of how many people will be attending
Option #2 Details:
WAW has started performing out of their home base. Currently, we are taking applications for venues in Massachusetts. WAW has dates available for a show at your venue. Please e-mail the Webmaster for available dates.
*WAW will provide the following:
-Family style, quality entertainment for all ages
-The ring and all audio equipment
-Fliers for the event for promotion in your town / surrounding towns
*WAW will require/request the following:
-A permit for the event from the city hall in your respective town (a copy must be submitted to the WAW Board of Directors before the event)
-The measurement of the floor to the ceiling
-Knowledge of the situation with chairs, concessions, etc
-*REQUEST* WAW asks for the possibility of using the venue for free. This will benefit your fundraiser in the way that the costs of the overall event will be significantly less. Please e-mail the Webmaster with any inquiries.
